Have these three things handy.

- Photo ID A driver's license or state ID for every adult who'll be on the lease.
- Proof of income Recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or whatever shows what you bring in.
- Where you've lived Your last couple of addresses and a way to reach those landlords.
